| Closure and Sale of a Portion of Road Allowance | The Council of the Rural Municipality of North Qu'Appelle No.187 hereby gives notice of its intention to pass a bylaw to provide for the closure and sale of a portion of the road allowance which lies east of SE 35-21-14-W2. Any person who claims that his or her land will be injuriously affected by the proposed bylaw must give written notice of the objection by February 2, 2012. Every person who objects will be given an opportunity to appear before Council to make the objection known.

| Amendment to the Zoning Bylaw No.03-03 |
Pursuant to Section 207 of the Planning and Development Act, 2007, the Council of the Rural Municipality of North Qu'Appelle No. 187 hereby gives public notice of its intention to pass a bylaw to amend the Zoning Bylaw No.03-03 as follows: The Zoning District Map referred to in Section 4: Zoning Districts of the Zoning Bylaw No. 03-03 is to be amended by re-zoning from "Agricultural" to "Resort Hamlet Residential District" the portion of the SW 8-20-12-W2. The purpose of the proposed amendment is to permit the subdivision of the parcel. The bylaw may be inspected by any interested person, at the Rural Municipality office on any judicial day between the hours of 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Copies are available to interested persons at no cost. Representations respecting the bylaw will be considered by the Council on the 7th day of February, 2012 in the Rural Municipality of North Qu'Appelle No. 187 office at 10:30 A.M. Council shall hear any person or group of persons or person acting on their behalf, who wish to make a representation.

Pursuant to The Municipalities Act, public notice is hereby given that the Rural Municipality of North Qu'Appelle No.187 intends to restructure the Organized Hamlet of Pasqua Lake by adding the following lands to the Organized Hamlet of Pasqua Lake. The land to be added to the Organized Hamlet of Pasqua Lake is: Plan Numbers Or Legal Descriptions of Land to be AddedThe reason for the proposal is: The Council of the Rural Municipality of North Qu'Appelle intends to reorganize all the divisions in the municipality and the first step in that process is the reorganization of Division 7, the Organized Hamlet of Pasqua Lake. A public meeting will be held on Saturday, January 21, 2012 at 2:00 p.m. at Camp Lutherland to discuss the proposal.
