Request for Proposals

The Town of Fort Qu'Appelle invites proposals for the demolition of existing buildings and redevelopment of the property known as the old Indian Hospital at 600 Broadway Street West, Fort Qu'Appelle, Saskatchewan, legally described as Parcel V, Plan 82R01656.

This site of approximately six (6) acres is located on the West side of downtown Fort Qu'Appelle with lake views to the North. A map and photographs of the site may be viewed here.

Proposals are invited for either or both of the following phases:

1. demolition of existing buildings;
2. redevelopment of the vacant site

Submissions must be received no later than 4:00p.m., central standard time on Friday, April 4, 2008 and shall, once received become the property of The Town of Fort Qu'Appelle.
The Town of Fort Qu'Appelle invites proposals and reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
