Called to order 7:00 p.m. by Mayor Osika
Marian Kreiser (First Impression Community Exchange) entered at 7:00 p.m. and left at 7:40 p.m.
Town Foreman, Kevin Braithwaite attended as a delegation and left at 7:55 p.m.
CST. Muirhead and CST. Mills entered at 7:55 p.m. and left at 8:25 p.m.
Al Benesocky of Counterfeit Combat was called at 8:25 p.m. to 8:45 p.m. (Answer by conference call)

THAT we accept Mr. Benesocky's proposal for Airsoft at the Old Hospital, with proof of proper liability insurance, provision of a security plan and demonstration to Council within the next month. CARRIED.

THAT we accept the offer to purchase from Robert and Georgette Mondor for Lot 7, Block 19 in the amount of $9,712.50 GST included.    CARRIED.

THAT we extend the appointment of Ronnie Voeltz as Pest Control Officer for the Town of Fort Qu'Appelle for 2010.    CARRIED.
