Saturday July 31, 2010 at Fort Qu'Appelle's fort. This will be the 17th festival and every year it brings more artists , performers and people who enjoy the opportunity to spend a day with them. The children's area is very popular with the young people and the food court gives all ages a great selection of food from vegetarian to bison burgers.
The festival is organized by local residents who volunteer their time and we are always looking for new people who are willing to help in any way. Contact Sandi @ 306-332-1366.
There will be a $2 entry fee. The profits from the festival are used to support the arts in our community by offering scholarships to local students who wish to continue in either visual arts or performing arts. Scholarships have been given to students for dance instruction, artist supplies and instruction, and voice lessons.
