Valley Scarlet O'Hatters
The Valley Scarlet O'Hatters are a chapter of the Red Hat Society. The Red Hat Society is a worldwide organization of women over 50 whose aim is to celebrate the joys of maturing. It is strictly for fun with no work involved.
